Orange County was established in 1852 out of lands from Jefferson County. This volume of marriages represents the first two books of marriages in the county. This book contains two alphabetical listings of those marriages. The first is by the surname of the grooms with the brides name and date of the wedding. The second is by the surname of the bride with the names of the grooms and the date of the marriage.
