Baldwin County, Georgia History and Biographies

$12.50

Baldwin County, located in the middle of the state, is named for Abraham Baldwin, a signer of the United States Constitution, U.S. congressman representing Georgia, and the founder of the University of Georgia. This volume of the history covers the time period from the beginning of the county when it was created in 1803 up to the time of the original publication in the mid-1880s. The family sketches were submitted by the families themselves; therefore, there are more accurate than other sources.
